Hong Kong Trip Itinerary For 5D4N – Day 5

It’s the last day for us to stay in Macau and also the end of the trip. We back to Malaysia at 2100 so we still have quite long time to travel in Macau.

Day 5

0700 to 0800 – Check out the room and leave our luggage in the hotel lobby.

0800 to 9000 – Walk to the street to look for any local food as breakfast.

0900 to 1800 – The day trip as below:
We walk from Avenida De Almeida Ribioro亚美打利庇卢大马路 – Grand Lisboa Hotel新葡京酒店 – Wynn Hotel永利酒店 – Sands金沙娱乐场 – Macau Fishermen’s Wharf 澳门渔人码头 – The Venetian Macao澳门威尼斯人酒店 – The City Of Dreams新濠天地 – walk around the Taipa town氹仔岛 then back to Avenida De Almeida Ribioro to try Double Boiled Milk双皮奶 and Stewed Egg炖蛋 at Yee Shun Milk Company义顺牛奶. After that we back to hotel to collect the luggage and go to Koi Kei Bakery钜记手信 buying biscuit.

1820 to 1840 – Take public transport(forgot how much but very cheap) to Sands(Macau Fishermen’s Wharf) and take the free shuttle bus to The Venetian Macao.

1840 to 1700 – Take the free shuttle bus from Venetian Macao to Macau International Airport.

2100 – Depart from Macau back to Malaysia LCC Terminal.

Tips:
1. There is a show called “Tree Of Prosperity And Dragon Of Fortune” start at 1000 daily every 30 minutes in Wynn Hotel.

2. There are many free shuttle bus available to and fro some some famous hotel like (Sands hotel – Venetian hotel), (The Venetian Hotel – The Dream Of City), (The Dream Of City – Taipa Town).

3. There is free shuttle bus to Macau International Airport departs from The Venetian Hotel.

4. Try the Famous Pork chop bun 猪扒包 and pork chop pineapple bun猪扒波罗包) @ Café Tai Lei Loi Kei大利来记咖啡室 in Taipa, Macau. (depart from The City Of Dreams – Free shuttle bus).

5. The Yee Shun Milk Company is near the Senado Square议事亭.

6. The Macau International Airport is very near to The Venetian Macao, it’s around 10-15 minutes if travel by the hotel free shuttle bus.

Hong Kong Trip Itinerary For 5D4N – Day 4

This day is our last day to stay in Hong Kong, so we have packed our luggage and checked out the hotel before we go to Lantau Island. We put the luggage in the hotel and ask the people there to take care of it until evening we only then collect the luggage to Macau.

Day 4

0700 to 0800 – Wake up and breakfast then go Lantau Island 大屿山.

0800 to 1100 – Take MTR from Mong kok旺角－Lai Kin荔景－Tung Chung东涌－Ngong Ping昂平360

1100 to 1300 – Visit Po Lin Monastery宝莲寺 and Tian Tan Buddha天坛大佛

1300 to 1350 – Take cable car back to Tung Chung and go Citygate Outlets东荟城 shopping.

1350 to 1530 – Take MTR from Tung Chung to Sham Shui Po 深水埗 exit C2/A, then we walk to Apliu Street Flea Market鸭寮街.

1530 to 1630 – Take MTR back to Mong Kok and collect the luggage, then take MTR to Sheung Wan上环.

1630 – 1815 – Take ferry depart from Hong Kong to Macau Ferry Terminal.

1815 to 1900 – Take the free shuttle bus from Macau Ferry Terminal to Sofitel Macau At Ponte 16澳门十六浦索菲特. After that we need to walk another 10 minutes only can reach Ole London Hotel (Just beside the building – Sun Sun Hotel)

1900 to 0130 – Dinner at Restaurant Fat Siu Lau佛笑楼, after that go to Avenida De Almeida Ribioro 亚美打利庇卢大马路 – Senado Square议事亭前地 – Ruins of St.Paul大三巴牌坊 – Grand Lisboa Hotel新葡京酒店 then back to hotel.

Tips:
1. Ngong Ping Opening hour 1000 – 1800 except Weekends and Public Holidays 0900 – 1830.

2. The fare of the ferry to Macau will increase after 1730, please check the time schedule on their official website for detail.

3. Remember to collect free Macau map, which will help for direction and transportation.

4. Many free shuttle bus at Macau Ferry Terminal, so you can either pay for the transportation or take the free shuttle bus to the hotel.

5. We go to Ruins of St.Paul on weekday so there is not crowded.

Hong Kong Trip Itinerary For 5D4N – Day 3

For third day in Hong Kong, we schedule to visit the two famous places – Hong Kong Ocean Park and Hong Kong Madame Tussaud’s. This day is the most tiring day trip for us because we walk more than 12 hours within the day from early morning, but we are very enjoy the day trip.

Day 3

0730 to 0830 – Breakfast in Mong Kok Ngan Lung银龙粉面茶餐厅.

0830 to 0900 – Take bus (No. A1) to Star Ferry Public Transport Interchange尖沙咀天星码头 and then go to Central Pier中环码头.

0900 to 0950 – Walk to Hong Kong City Hall香港大会堂and take bus (No.90) to Wong Chuk Hang黄竹坑 bus stop.

1015 to 1600 – Enjoy the time in Hong Kong Ocean Park – see Panda, Firefox, Dolphin, play at theme park and watch the animal show.

1600 to 1645 – Walk to the same place where the bus No.90 stopped in the morning (but different direction), take the bus (No.70) to Exchange Square交易广场.

1645 to 1745 – We walk from Exchange Square to the Central-Mid-Levels Escalator and Walkway System中环至半山自动扶梯系统, then we exit to Cochrane Street阁麟街 – Lan Fong Yuen兰芳园茶餐厅 try the famous Hong Kong style “Pantyhose” milk tea丝袜奶茶 and the Pork chop bun猪扒包 .

1745 to 1830 – Walk around the Cochrane Street and the wet market.

1830 to 1910 – Walk to Garden Road Peak Tram Station花园道山頂缆車站and queue up at the counter for ticket exchange.

1910 to 2100 – Visiting Madame Tussaud’s杜莎夫人蜡像馆 and Sky Terrace太平山頂凌霄阁摩天台.

2100 to 2200 – Return to the Peak Tram Station and then take bus to Central MRT中环站. Once get down from the bus, follow the map go to Queen Road Central then turn right and walk to Lan Kwai Fong兰桂坊 – D’aguilar Street德己立街. We dinner at Wong Chi Kei Noodles and Congees黃枝记粥面店 and take away the Roasted Goose & Barbecued Pork with Rice from Yung Kee Restaurant镛记酒家.

2200 to 2130 – Go to and eat dessert at Hui Lau Shan Healthy Dessert许流山.

Tips
1. Hong Kong Ocean Park opens daily from 1000 – 1930.

2. Madame Tussaud’s opens daily from 1000 – 2200.

3. Remember to remind the driver to stop you at Ocean Park – Wong Chuk Hang黄竹坑 bus stop if you are not sure. Once get down from the bus follow the signboard for 10 minutes will reach the Ocean Park.

4. You need to queue up at the special counter if you have purchased the Ocean Park ticket from the tourist agent.

5. Remember to touch your Octopus card at the middle of the Central-Mid-Levels Escalator to enjoy the discount of HKD 2 ｆｏｒ the day travel from Wan Chai, Central and the Hong Kong subway station.

6. You can whether walk or take taxi to Garden Road Peak Tram Station. It’s around 20 minutes walk from Queen’s Road Central to HSBC Headquarter Building then turn right and go straight.

Hong Kong Trip Itinerary For 5D4N – Day 2

We spend the second day in Hong Kong to visit the museum, because it’s free admission on Wednesdays. We take this opportunity to visit these museums from afternoon until evening. Some of the museums close very early at 6pm so we need to manage the time very well.

Day 2

0600 to 0700 – Wake up and prepare the necessary before we leave the hotel.

0700 to 0800 – Breakfast at Maxim’s Fast Food Restaurant in Mong Kok美心快餐.

0800 to 0830 – Take MTR to Diamond Hill station钻石山站exit C2.

0830 to 1030 – Visit Nan Lian Gargen南莲园池.

1030 to 1210 – Take MTR to Wong Tai Sin Station黃大仙站 exit B3 and visit the famous Wong Tai Sin Temple. After that we lunch in Lung Cheng Plaza龙翔广场.

1210 to 1230 – Take MTR to Lok Fu station乐富站 exit B.

1230 to 1400 – After exit the station we walk to Hau Wong Temple侯王庙and Kowloon Walled City Park九龙寨城.

1400 to 1430 – We exit at the South Door of the Kowloon Walled City Park and walk to Tak Ku Ling Road打鼓岭道, then take bus (No.25M green color bus) to Kowloon Tong MTR station九龙塘站.

1430 to 1500 – Take MTR to Sha Tin Station沙田站 and go to Snoopy World.

1500 to 1600 – After Snoopy World,we walk to Hong Kong Heritage Museum香港/沙田文化博物馆.

1600 to 1645 – Take MTR from Che Kung Temple Station车公庙站 back to Mong Kok.

1645 to 1715 – Go to DingDing Travel丁丁国际在线旅游推广公司to buy ticket for Hong Kong Ocean Park香港海洋公园, Madame Tussaud’s杜莎夫人蜡像馆 and Ngong Ping昂平360.

1715 to 1900 – Take bus (No.A1) to Hong Kong Cultural Centre香港文化中心, Hong Kong Space Meseum香港太空馆and 1881 Heritage.

1900 to 2030 – Go StarHouse Plaza星光广场 shopping and dining.

2030 to 2100 – After that we stroll along the Avenue of Stars星光大道 and take some photo.

2100 to 2230 – After we walk for few hours we start feeling hungry so we take MTR to Jordan station左敦站 exit A and walk to Temple Street庙街shopping and eat seafood.

2230 to 2340 – After that take MTR back to Mong Kok and go to Langham Place郎豪仿 to eat dessert in Hong Kong HoneyMoon Dessert香港满记甜品because we have discount voucher given by the staff of DingDing Travel when we buy the tickets.

Tips:
1. Nan Lian Gargen opens daily from 0700 – 2100

2. Kowloon Walled City Park opens daily from 0630 – 2300

3. Hong Kong Heritage Museum
Opening Hours
Monday, Wednesday to Saturday : 1000 – 1800
Sunday and public holidays : 1000 – 1900
Christmas Eve and Chinese New Year’s Eve : 1000 – 1700

Hong Kong Trip Itinerary For 5D4N – Day 1

I had back from Hong Kong for almost 3 months, because recently there were so many projects rushing to production therefore only now I’m free to filter the photo and share the Hong Kong trip itinerary.

This was my first oversea trip in year 2011. We had planned and booked the ticket for quite long time ago since Airasia launch the low cost air ticket promotion on April 2010.

For those who are planning to go Hong Kong in coming time I will suggest to schedule longer if possible because 5D4N really not enough and rushing. Although we are not able to visit all the hotspot but at least some of the famous places we managed to go like women street女人街, Hong Kong Ocean Park香港海洋公园, Lantau Island大屿山, Madame Tussaud’s杜莎夫人蜡像馆 and Macau.

Day 1

1000 to 1100 – Reach LCC Terminal and park the car at the free parking zone.

1100 to 1320 – Check-in luggage and wait for boarding.

1320 to 1710 – Depart from Malaysia to Hong Kong International Airport.

1710 to 1740 – Check-out and collect luggage then go to purchase Hong Kong mobile prepaid card for local call and contact.

1810 to 1845 – Take bus (No. A21) from Hong Kong Airport to Bank Centre银行中心 in Mong Kok旺角.

1900 to 1930 – Check-in Railei Hotel威利莱酒店.

1930 to 2100 – Take bus (No. A1) to Star Ferry Public Transport Interchange尖沙咀天星码头 watching the Symphony of Lights show at time 2000 sharp each night over the Victoria Harbour.

2100 to 2130 – Dinner at McDonald and Café De Coral大家乐 in StarHouse Plaza星光广场.

2130 to 2145 – Take Ferry from Star Ferry Public Transport Interchange to Wan Chai Ferry Pier湾仔码头.

2150 to 2230 – Walk to Golden Bauhinia Square金紫荆广场.

2230 to 2330 – After that we walk to the Bus station that just opposite the Pier and go to Causeway Bay铜锣湾.

2330 to 0130 – Take MTR from Causeway Bay back to Mong Kok exit D3 and walk around the Women Street– Tung Choi Street通菜街.

0130 – Back to hotel and rest.

Tips:
1. Remember to take the free Hong Kong Map before you leave the airport.

2. Suggest buying a MTR Card – Octopus八达通卡 for just only HKD 150. It’s very convenient if you have it because you can use it to pay for transportation fee and food.

3. The Railei Hotel is the newer budget hotel in Mong Kok and we are satisfied with their service. If 2 person I will suggest to take the medium room otherwise you will very hard to fit in the luggage because the room really small.

4. You need to reserve the room as early as possible if you have more than 4 people because the Railei Hotel only has 4-5 medium room.

Buddy And Wife (兄弟之交 II – 兄弟芝娇), is a comedy movie co-directed by Stephen Chow, and star by Hong Kong Top Star 2008, Edison Chen, Gillian Chung and Nicholas Tse.

The comedy is believed a reality show that based on the recent Edison Chen sex scandal in Hong Kong entertainment industry.
