Home-made Yong Tau Foo

If you’re not seriously choosy, it’s darn easy to prepare delicious home-made Yong tau fu. It’s cheaper than dining at hawker stall or restaurant too.

All you need is go to source mincemeat and vege from reputable stall in your nearby wet market. The mincemeat usually made of mackerel fish mixed with prawn and/or pork. Of course, you do your very mincemeat. Vege wise can be eggplant, bitter gourd, chili pepper, cabbage. My lady even uses fried egg as wrapper.
