Birds Looking Forward Sunbath After Wet By Rain

These photos were taken two years ago and the birds in pictures might have gone back to nature, but am still finding the name of bird. If you know its name, please share (using comment box at bottom of page).

The bird is big (about the size of crow), with black and orange feathers, and resonant tweet. Its beak seems to suggest that it is kind of raptorial bird, i.e. takes only meat. Indeed, people saw it catching frog and calotes (garden lizards).
Bird stretches wings to dry its feathers under mild sunlight after the rain stopped.

Frankly speaking, its overall appearance is not stunning and attractive, but to me these birds are rarely seen (and maybe it is one of the extinct species).
