Citibank Reward Points Redemption

Yeah! Finally I’d received the watches that redeemed from Citibank last week. I redeemed the items via the Citibank reward redemption online service and the Citibank Online service is very easy and convenient to use.

The gifts only took 3 working days to deliver after I submitted the request to Citibank. Citibank can deliver the items within this short period is because the bank has stock for those particular items and I found the warranty card stated that the purchasing date actually is on Jun 2010 but my redemption request was made on Aug 2010.

The watches are delivered in a good condition and the items also with a quality standard, so generally I was satisfy with the services provided by the Citibank.
