QTP 10 Menu Options All Have Gone!
Are you facing the problem where suddenly the Menu options all gone after the licenses key validation?
Yes, I having this problem as I totally no idea what I have configured/modified any setting that cause the menu options suddenly disappear. That impossible cause by the licensing issue because all the add-in have been licensed. Luckily I managed to restore it back to default. Here are the steps.
1. Start QTP and open the main page after licenses key validation.
2. Move mouse pointer to the menu pane and right click then select Customize Option.
Right Click On The Menu Toolbar And Select Customize Option
3. On the popup window select toolbar tab then click on the Restore All button.
Select Toolbar Tab And Then Click On The Restore Button
Wow….the menu options re-appear again!
