The guide of doing hand pollination on passion fruit flower. This could be troublesome for commercial cultivation but it is kinda fun with home-grown passion flower vine.

I am happy to see the vine produces fruits with such simple works. After all, there are not many passion flowers seen in my little poor vine :-(

The hand pollination requires only a cheap cotton bud or little pricey paint brush.

Basically, just slightly touch the anthers to collect the yellow-orange pollens and then transfer them to the stigma.

To understand better, take a look at passion fruit flower structure in the gallery/post or the original copy at BeeCulture.
