Turn Off UAC On Vista And Windows 7
Start from Windows Vista to Windows 7, the Operating System has included a defaulted alert feature to the user where it will notify user if there is any changes make to the system.
However, I find this feature actually quite annoying and if you having the same feeling; this solution may assist you to ignore the alert notification.
Windows Vista
1. Open Control Panel and make sure you are in Control Panel Home ( You can check it from left pane – either Control Panel Home or Classic View).

2. Enter “UAC” to the search field and perform searching.
Alt : Go to User Accounts (Control Panel – User Accounts – User Accounts)
3. Click the link “Turn User Account Control (UAC) on or off”

4. Uncheck UAC and click Ok to apply the changes.

5. After that you need to reboot in order to take effective.
Windows 7
1. Open Control Panel and Enter “UAC” to the search field to perform searching.
Alt : Go to User Accounts (Control Panel – User Accounts and Family Safety – User Accounts)
2. Click the link “Change User Account Control Setting”.

3. Drag the scroll bar down to disable the notification.

Note: Windows 7 not need to reboot.
